PROJECT CHALLENGE:
Outside of Social Media strategy, IYF required a PR Plan, Website Development as well as production of video content and events.
AGENCY SOLUTION:
BrandFusion took a 360 approach in refreshing IYF’s visual positioning, building the organisations website from the ground up. BrandFusion took initiative in effectively communicating the brand’s missions, through a simplified and easy-to-use user interface, which gave the general public a better understanding of how they could get involved, partner, or collaborate. The Website also provided existing stakeholders with further visibility.
BrandFusion assisted IYF in hosting events, particularly collaborative events, which involved IYF providing programme results and research results to stakeholders. BrandFusion handled all collateral, created the event running orders, invites and sourced locations and event branding.
Events were publicised through tailored press releases, disseminated primarily online through community platforms.

BrandFusion also provided streaming services to IYF’s hybrid events.
IYF’s collaboration with TVETs including a new curriculum (Skills for Life) which required training of lecturers, BrandFusion created explainer videos to assist IYF in communicating its programmes to the TVET lecturers, in order to provide easy reference to the structure, content and execution of the programme lesson plans.
Similarly, audiovisual content was scripted, filmed and edited to be used within the programmes themselves as explainer videos that students could watch both in-lecture, and afterwards as a means of revision.

With the inclusion of social media production and strategy, BrandFusion provided IYF with a turnkey solution, producing collateral and rolling out cohesive communication and marketing strategies that gave the brand a consistent, positive presence that pro-actively positioned IYF as a brand that championed positive change through upskilling and community engagement.
