PROJECT CHALLENGE:
Assist entrepreneurs in building sustainable start-ups and SMMEs.
AGENCY SOLUTION:
Launched a long-running on-the-ground campaign that included an Entrepreneurial Masterclass for budding entrepreneurs, whilst also allowing them to pitch their ideas to a panel of experts and mentors. The top 3 pitchers won cash prizes, while many went on to receive mentorship from the experts. All campaign material, promotion, digital communication and creative, print, branding, event coordination, and filming were executed by Brandfusion.
PROJECT DURATION: 2021 – 2024
PROJECT OUTCOMES:
The campaign was selected as City Nation’s top Global Best Practice Campaign in South Africa. One of the participants received R500 000 in funding. Brand South Africa gained huge publicity and goodwill due to the positive results of the campaign, and the local and global publicity it received.
